At Reconditioned Power we believe in an end-to-end customer philosophy and are committed to making sure that every part of your experience meets or exceeds your expectations. Below you will find all the information you need regarding our shipping, payments, returns, and pick-ups. Please note that our estimated shipping and delivery times are not guaranteed.

Reconditioned Power ShippingShipping Reconditioned Cyclone Rake Bundles

Your Reconditioned Cyclone Rake order is ready in 3 to 5 business days and will ship via ABF freight and packaged in multiple boxes (between 6-8) to arrive on a pallet.

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking numbers on the day your order is scheduled to leave our warehouse.

  • ABF Freight will also contact you to inform you of the delivery date and schedule a delivery window. You will not be required to be home to receive the delivery. You’ll get your order on a single pallet using a Lift Gate Service, which means they’ll remove the pallet from the truck and place it onto your driveway. ABF Freight is our preferred carrier, but in some cases, another carrier will be chosen to get your order to you as soon as possible.

  • Your Reconditioned Cyclone Rake will be on a pallet with clear wrap and 2 straps securely holding all the items together. The boxed-up parts include the MDA, Box 1 (Blower Inlet Collar, Exit Chute, 2 Hitch Forks (in its own box), Extender Brackets, Owner’s Assembly Manual, Parts Manual, safety googles, and earplugs), Wheels, Blower, and Hitch. The unboxed parts include the Hose, Chassis, and Collector.

Shipping Reconditioned Parts

  • You’ll get an email from us as soon as your order is ready to ship and will include tracking information so you can keep tabs on your delivery.

  • All Reconditioned Part orders will ship out in 1 to 2 business days via FedEx ground right to your door.

Shipping Cyclone Rake Gear

  • You’ll get an email from us as soon as your order is ready to ship. This email will include a tracking number so you can keep tabs on your delivery.

  • If you ordered Cyclone Rake Gear with a Bundle or Parts, you will get a separate email just for your Cyclone Rake Gear.

  • Cyclone Rake Gear are custom orders that will ship in 7 to 14 business days and arrive via USPS. Cyclone Rake Gear cannot be picked up at our facility.

Pickup Information for Reconditioned Cyclone Rake and Parts

We’re happy to have you pick up your Cyclone Rake or Parts at the factory. Your order will be ready for pickup within 3 days after placing the order.

  • You will receive a "Pickup is Ready" email on the day your order is ready.

  • Please contact us via email at customersupport@reconditionedpower.com to schedule a time to pickup your order Monday through Friday 9:00AM - 4:00PM ET.

  • Please bring a copy of your Order Confirmation to Woodland Power Products at 72 Acton St. West Haven CT, 06516.

  • When you arrive, please proceed to the 2nd floor showroom where a member of our team will guide you to your pickup location.

  • Our shipping team will help ensure you follow safe loading procedures. Improper loading of road vehicles can cause serious accidents which could injure you or other drivers.

  • Please read the information on this page before securing your load.

  • We highly recommend a pickup truck or large SUV to transport the Rake from our facility to your home or business. An open bed or rooftop load can be dangerous. These must be secured with suitable tie-downs, such as strong rope or ratchet straps. Twine, bungee cords, or light rope should never be used.

  • Because we cannot control what type of vehicle you drive, how you drive, or where you go, we cannot accept responsibility for the safety of your load. Insurance regulations prohibit us from tying loads down or otherwise assisting you with roadworthiness. You must accept responsibility for the safety of your vehicle and your load.
