Returns & Refunds

If you need to return an item because of a defect in workmanship or materials, Reconditioned Power will pay the cost of shipping the product back to us. We will ask for pictures and a description of the material or workmanship issue, and all returns must be authorized by a representative of Reconditioned Power. We’ll then issue an RMA. (That’s a fancy way of saying return paperwork.)

If there are no defects in workmanship or materials, Reconditioned Power will review your return request. The product must be in like new condition and cannot have been used prior to return. If Reconditioned Power approves the return, you will be responsible for all packaging and shipping costs for the item(s). This return policy is in effect for 30 days from the date of shipment from us so please review everything when you get it. This covers all Cyclone Rakes, parts and accessories.

 All refunds will be issued after the item(s) in question has been received and inspected at our warehouse. Please remember to follow the steps:
  1. Review your packages as soon as they arrive.
  2. Inspect them for any damage caused in shipping.
  3. Contact us if there is a problem by clicking HERE and obtain approval for a return.
  4. Sit back and relax. If we have approved your return we’ll credit the payment method that you used.
